James graduated with a Law degree from Southampton University, beginning his career back in Devon in 2005, focusing on personal injury. Through the stages of his career as a Solicitor, James took a keen interest in industrial disease litigation, specifically those individuals who have suffered from asbestos and noise-related injuries.
James has worked for two well established Plymouth law firms before joining Curtis Whiteford Crocker at the beginning of 2022. He now has a particular focus on representing those who have served in the Armed Forces and, through no fault of their own, have sustained injuries (with a particular focus on noise-related hearing loss) as a result of their years of service.
